We have been outfitting little adventurers for more than 10 years. In that time, we've learned a lot about what makes great gear. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our return policy below.

We will accept returns for items in their original packaging, unused and in re-saleable condition and with a return form within 21 days of shipment. Please call us @ 1.877.352.1130 regarding your request for a return. After we have provided you with a return form and number, please send your item and the return form, within 21 days for a full refund of the product cost or an exchange for a new item.

Please package the item securely and return to Mountain Baby in Nelson, BC at the address on the form. Please clearly write the return number on the package.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed if we have sent an incorrect or defective item; in this case we will refund the shipping after receipt of the return and accompanying form.

Within Canada: Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Parcel Post. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs or courier deliveries.

From USA (outside Canada): Ship goods prepaid, by US Postal Service insured surface mail. To avoid unnecessary delays, please write "Canadian Goods returning" on the outside of the package.

Please Note: Do not return items by UPS or other carriers, as duty and/or brokerage fees will be charged, and your return can not be accepted by Mountain Baby.
